Join us for a one-day immersion for men ready to redefine strength. Many men were taught that strength meant staying in control — not crying, not needing, not showing uncertainty. Over time, that conditioning creates disconnection: from the body, from grief, from joy, from the deeper intelligence within. Shame is part of that story, but so are fear, tenderness, anger, and longing. This day is not about fixing you. It is about building the capacity to feel without losing yourself. Through guided Shamanic Breathwork, music, integration, and circle, you will practice staying present as emotion moves — learning to remain steady when your chest tightens, to soften when grief rises, to allow anger without acting it out or shutting it down, and to experience joy without bracing for its loss. Courage is not the absence of fear. It is the willingness to stay.
This event is held in collaboration with Dominic Tovar, an energy guide and men’s group facilitator who works closely with men ready to examine the conditioning they’ve inherited around strength, power, and masculinity. Dominic supports men in doing honest inner work — unlearning patterns rooted in domination, suppression, and performance, and reconnecting to integrity, accountability, and emotional presence.
