Awakened Woman retreat

  • Sedona Mago Retreat Center 700 North Bill Gray Road Cottonwood, AZ, 86326 United States (map)

There comes a moment when something inside you begins to stir—a knowing, a longing, a quiet call to return to yourself in a deeper, more expansive way. For some, it begins with the ache to shed old patterns—the fear, the anxiety, the ways we’ve learned to stay small or shape-shift to survive. For others, it rises as a desire to root even more deeply into the wisdom they’ve already uncovered. To let go of the old scaffolding. To stretch into greater capacity. To meet themselves at the edge of the next unfolding. To allow what no longer serves to fall away—and make space for the sacred cycles of death and rebirth.

This retreat is for both.
It’s for the woman who is awakening—and the woman who’s been walking this path and is ready to go deeper. It’s a space to be witnessed. To be seen. To breathe through what’s heavy and come home to what’s real.

Over the course of this ceremonial weekend, you’ll be held in a potent, heart-centered container where the breath becomes your guide, the body becomes your teacher, and every part of you—especially the ones that feel too much or too messy—is welcome.

Through the transformational practice of Shamanic Breathwork, ritual, and ceremony, we’ll work with what’s ready to be released and reclaimed. We’ll meet what’s been buried beneath codependency, perfectionism, and self-abandonment, and we’ll open to the wisdom that’s been waiting underneath it all.
