This work comes from a devotion to walking beside my own shadows until they became teachers…
from breathing through fear until it softened into trust…

The Path that Shaped Me
Marisa La Fata is a Shamanic Minister, spiritual healer, transformation guide, and certified Shamanic Breathwork facilitator, devoted to helping women alchemize fear and self-abandonment so they can reclaim trust in themselves and their path.
She brings together ritual, ceremony, archetypal work, shamanic visioning, shamanic breathwork, and intuitive guidance to support deep emotional healing and personal empowerment.
With 18 years of lived experience in recovery from addiction and codependency, Marisa’s path has been one of turning toward the shadows, meeting the truth of her story, and choosing healing again and again.
Her work is deeply rooted in the Toltec path, as taught by the Ruiz family. For the past eight years, she has immersed herself in these ancient teachings—walking the path of awareness, transformation, and intentional dreaming.
She is a Master Apprentice of Linda Star Wolf, and is dedicated to continued trauma-informed education and practices.
